Hopping Into Spring Easter Extravaganza in Torbay!

Spring has officially sprung, and what better way to celebrate than with an egg-citing Easter Extravaganza at Indigos Play and Ecology Centre! On the 29th of March, young adventurers from across the area flocked to join in the fun, turning the day into an unforgettable experience for all.

With 98 cheerful young people and their families in tow, the Easter Extravaganza was a vibrant hub of smiles and laughter. The highlight of the day? An egg-ceptional Easter Egg Hunt that had everyone on their toes, searching high and low for those elusive clues to find the chocolate treasures. Huge thanks to Riviera Signs for generously donating the delicious Easter eggs that fuelled our adventurers' excitement!

The fun didn't stop there! This year, we decided to sprinkle some eco-friendly magic into the mix, introducing a range of new activities that not only entertained but also inspired our young participants to embrace sustainability. From crafting adorable Hedgehog Books to whipping up Pinecone Bird Feeders, our little environmentalists showed off their creativity and love for nature. Planting peas for bees and crafting coffee filter bats added an extra layer of eco-conscious fun, proving that learning about the environment can be as exciting as it is important.

Of course, no Easter Extravaganza would be complete without some good old-fashioned outdoor play. Amidst the crafting and hunting, everyone relished in the freedom of the great outdoors at our adventure playground, soaking up the first tiny bit of sunshine of the year and relishing the simple pleasures of being outside.

As the day drew to a close, it was clear that the Easter Extravaganza had been a roaring success. Smiling faces, chocolate-stained fingers, and fantastic memories – what more could we ask for?
